American Eagles

I was wondering what you guys thought about the future of the American Eagle program. It would seem that if silver continues the path that it has been taking lately that the U.S. would stop producing these. The fact that they have to purchase silver off from the open market to produce the eagle makes me think that it could be nearing its demise. Maybe I'm wrong and this wouldn't effect anything at all. Any thoughts?

The mint will just raise the price of each coin accordingly.

That sounds about right......'course they've always been about 10-15% above spot anyhow.
